Fred has been blessed with someone who had a tender heart for him and gave the finances to care for his medical needs.
When Dr. Cindy was with him last year she said his legs can be fixed so that he can walk some day.
Well, that day has begun. Phiona and Rebecca took him to a new orthopedic clinic in Kampala to see doctors about his legs.
The first step was to stretch them out long and cast them in place. I was painful for him at first, but it did get better.
He has just been given his second set of casts where the legs are stretched a little bit more.
He will get a series of casts until the legs are at a place where the doctors believe surgery will help.
Fred is taking the discomfort like a man and hopeful that he will one day walk without crutches. All the children at Jame’s church are so excited for him, supportive and helpful. They want him to be able run and play with them. So do I. I just count our blessings for the ways God has provided for the children in Uganda with great need through our humble organization, Kirabo Seeds. Three cheers for Fred!!!

I love seeing his smile!! The Lord is so good and it is such a blessing to have someone help Fred.
