Great Grandma is 94. In all the nineteen years Craig and I have been married we’ve had a family reunion in the summer and I do not recall her absence for one of them. She’s as pleased as ever to participate and we are so thankful she’s here.  When I took her picture she was posing for me. She really likes to have the camera on her. We have great memories of her happily occupying center of attention whether that be singing a song, playing cards, dancing or telling stories, so it makes good sense she loves to be photographed. When I showed her the picture she told me, “That’s for the front page.” I don’t know if she understands how the internet works but oh my is she ever on the front page.

 

The kids have been inseparable and I don’t recall one of mine asking me for a thing in a 24 hour period. How odd.
